Ocean Crossings: The Dead Sea is a one time purchase of $4.99 USD that unlocks the full Game. We want you to feel good about your purchase, so this policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
If the Game does not work for you, or you are simply not happy with it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. There is no need to explain why. We would always appreciate a note about what fell short, but it is not required.
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase and refund cycles, or where an account was suspended for cheating or violating our Terms of Service.
Email the support address listed on our website from the email address associated with your account, and include the date of purchase. We will confirm and process eligible refunds to your original payment method. Refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Once a refund is issued, access to the full Game is removed from your account. You are welcome to purchase again in the future if you change your mind.
